Sports Club Survey

This survey is being completed to better understand the impact of community sports clubs. We are interested in your experiences of the sports club, specifically how taking part in the sports club impacts you and your child.

Your responses will be anonymized, and the short survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete. We wish to inform you that this survey is not an evaluation. Thus, there are no right or wrong answers. We simply ask that you answer each question or statement as it best relates to your own personal experiences. The information you provide here will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be attributed to you in person. All data collected in this survey will be held anonymously and securely on a password protected file.

This study is funded by Access Sport and has received ethical approval from the University of Bath Biomedical Sciences Research Ethics Committee [reference: 0152-382]. The data gathered from the survey will be represented in a report for Access Sport, academic publications, and conference presentations.
